目的 研究cyclinD 1、p5 3蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及两者的相关性。 方法 采用原位杂交技术及免疫组化技术 ,分别检测 73例胃癌组织中cyclinD1mRNA及 p5 3蛋白的表达。 结果 cyclinD 1在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为5 4.79% (4 0 /73 )及 2 8.77% (2 1/73 ) ,两者有显著性差异。cyclinD 1mRNA表达强度与肿瘤分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及病理分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,p5 3蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为 3 2 .88% (2 4/73 ) ,cyclinD1表达强度与 p5 3表达无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 cyclinD1及 p5 3蛋白的过表达在胃癌的发生发展过程中均起重要作用
Objective To study the expression of cyclinD 1 and p5 3 protein in gastric carcinoma and their relationship. Methods The expressions of cyclinD1 mRNA and p53 protein in 73 cases of gastric cancer tissues were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results The positive expression rates of cyclinD 1 in gastric cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were 5 4.79% (40/73) and 2 8.77% (2 1/73), respectively. There was a significant difference between them. The positive rate of cyclinD 1 mRNA expression in gastric cancer tissues was 32.88% (24/73), which was not correlated with tumor differentiation, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and pathological stage (P> 0.05) The expression of cyclinD1 was not related to the expression of p5 3 (P> 0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of cyclinD1 and p5 3 proteins plays an important role in the development and progression of gastric cancer
