目的 探讨元首口服液有效成分二苯乙烯甙含量与其对超氧阴离子自由基 (O·-2 )清除率的关系。方法 紫外分光光度法测定样品中二苯乙烯甙含量 ,用AP -TEMED比色测定样品中O·-2 含量 ,计算其对O·-2 的清除率。结果 一组二苯乙烯甙含量和O·-2 清除率 (X)分别是 0 .2 76 %和 5 4 .5 % ,二组分别为 0 .177%和 2 8.8%。两组二苯乙烯甙含量比较P <0 .0 1;O·-2清除率比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ,R =0 .6 118,直线回归方程为Y =0 .2 893+3.16 0 9X ,P <0 .0 1。结论随着二苯乙烯甙含量升高 ,对O·-2 清除率升高 ,呈正相关关系
Objective To investigate the relationship between the content of stilbene quinone in the active ingredient of Yuanshou oral solution and the clearance rate of superoxide anion radical (O-2). Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of stilbene in the sample. The content of O-2 in the sample was determined by AP-TEMED colorimetry, and the clearance rate of O-2 was calculated. Results A group of stilbene terpene content and O-2 clearance rate (X) were 0.27% and 54.5%, respectively, and the two groups were 0.177% and 28.8%, respectively. The content of stilbene in the two groups was compared P<0.01; the O•-2 clearance rate was compared, P<0.05, R=0.618, and the linear regression equation was Y=0.2 893+3.16 0. 9X, P <0. 0 1. Conclusion With the increase of stilbene 甙 content, there is a positive correlation between the clearance rate of O·-2.
