癫痫大发作在短期内频繁发生,以致发作间隙中意识持续昏迷者,称为癫痫持续状态(StatusEpilepticus,SE)。SE不仅能造成急性脑损伤,而且还可以使血浆儿茶酚胺水平升高,引起心血管系统的异常。我们对46例SE病人的血压、心律、心电图、等临床资料进行了研究,结果报告如下: 资料与方法 一、一般资料:病人为我院1988年10月~1998年10月间收治的全身强直-阵挛发作的癫痫患者。符合WHO癫痫诊断标准。临床、脑电图及影像学包括头CT或MRI检查诊断为原发性癫痫病。并按1985年中华医学会第一届全国癫痫学术会议制订
Epileptic seizures occur frequently in the short term, resulting in intermittent consciousness in patients with persistent coma, known as status epilepticus (StatusEpilepticus, SE).
