某核电厂的安全壳采用了预应力混凝土结构,其中预应力钢束布置形式比较复杂。结合安全壳结构极限承载力项目,根据安全壳预应力钢束的特殊布置形式,对钢束的几何形状进行研究,推导出了钢束的空间几何曲线方程,采用MATLAB对预应力钢束进行了数值计算,完成了ABAQUS有限元模型中钢束的定位和建模工作,计算每根钢束各个位置的预应力值,并完成了加载工作。通过已有的数据可以验证,钢束定位和预应力计算结果具有较高的精度。所述的方法对于安全壳的预应力设计和施工也有较大的指导意义。
The containment of a nuclear power plant uses prestressed concrete structure, of which prestressed steel beam layout is more complicated. According to the ultimate capacity project of containment structure, according to the special arrangement of containment prestressed steel bundle, the geometry of the steel bundle is studied, and the spatial geometry curve equation of steel bundle is deduced. The prestressed steel bundle is simulated by MATLAB In numerical calculation, the positioning and modeling work of the steel beam in the ABAQUS finite element model was completed. The prestress values at each position of each steel beam were calculated and the loading was completed. The existing data can be verified that the results of the steel beam positioning and prestressing have higher accuracy. The method also has great guiding significance for the design and construction of prestressed containment.
