【教学目标】1.了解情绪产生的原因并且使学生正确认识情绪的影响。2.能够了解合理宣泄不良情绪的途径和方法。3.尊重他人,关注他人的感受,适时适当地表达个人的情绪。【教学重点】情绪的调节方法【教学方法】故事法、学生之间互动法(假如我是情绪调节师)【活动时间】45分钟【适应年级】高一【活动准备】(1)小卡片(每人一张)(2)音乐(《幸福拍手歌》)(3)多媒体课件【活动过程】一、新课导入1.热身小活动“大家和我一起做”。(教师讲清要求后带领学生边唱边做)大家和我一起做呀摸摸鼻子(学生跟着做)大家和我一起做呀摸摸耳朵(学生跟着做)大家不要和我一起做呀摸摸眼睛(部分学生没有做,部分学生受前面的影响接着做)师:看看你们当中谁做错了?(这个活动主要是起到一种调动气氛的作用,让学生都参与进来,做完后课堂的气氛非常活跃,可以说是在笑声中开始,有利于下面课程的展开)
