田径运动是体育教学中的主要教材,上好田径课,是体育教学中的一个重要环节。由于田径运动本身比较单调,容易产生枯燥之感,影响学生的积极性和课的任务的完成。怎样把田径课上得生动活泼,使学生在课中始终保持饱满的情绪进行学习呢?在几年的教学实践中我有些肤浅的体会。 一、要有形式多样、内容新颖化的准备活动 长期以来,准备活动总是先慢跑、后徒手操,再作跑的专门性练习、千篇一律,毫无变化,造成学生上课一开始就有疲塌之感,甚至对上课产生厌烦感,直接影响基本部分的教学。怎样才能使准备活动新颖化呢?著名生理学家巴甫洛夫曾经指出:“大脑皮质处于适宜的兴奋状态是建立条件反射的重要条件。”根据这一原理,上田径课时,如发现学生情绪低落,准备活动中可增加一些具有趣味性、竞争性的练习,以提高学生的兴
Athletics is the main teaching material in physical education. Good track and field is an important part of physical education. Because the athletics itself is relatively monotonous, it is prone to boring feelings, affecting the enthusiasm of the students and the completion of the tasks of the lesson. How can we make the trackwork class lively and enable students to maintain their full emotions throughout the lesson to learn? In the teaching practice of a few years, I have some superficial experience. First, there must be a variety of preparation activities with a variety of contents. For a long time, the preparation activities are always jogging, followed by hands-on exercise, and then there is no change in the specialized exercises for running. There is no change, causing the students to become tired at the beginning of class. Feelings, and even boredom with class, directly affect the basic part of teaching. How can we make novelty preparation activities? The famous physiologist Pavlov once pointed out: “The proper state of excitement in the cerebral cortex is an important condition for the establishment of conditional reflexes.” According to this principle, when students go to track and field, they find that students are depressed. Some interesting and competitive exercises can be added to the preparatory activities to enhance the students’ enjoyment.
