针对太阳能-壁挂炉供暖系统存在的不足,提出了基于热泵技术的太阳能热泵-壁挂炉供暖系统。利用STM32(意法半导体32位微控制器)丰富的外设功能和数据处理能力,依据控制对象的特点,结合相关算法,实现了太阳能热泵供暖与壁挂炉供暖的联合控制。STM32对温度、光照强度等数据进行处理,以此为依据来实现对电子膨胀阀流量和压缩机容量控制,保证对系统的实时控制。
Aiming at the shortcomings of solar-boiler heating system, a solar heat pump-boiler heating system based on heat pump technology is proposed. Based on the abundant peripheral functions and data processing capabilities of STM32 (STMicroelectronics 32-bit microcontrollers), combined with the related algorithms, the combined control of solar heat pump heating and boiler heating is realized. STM32 on the temperature, light intensity and other data processing, based on this to achieve the electronic expansion valve flow and compressor capacity control, to ensure real-time control of the system.
