本文评述了铜堆浸的现状 ,讨论了从硫化矿石中回收铜目前所采用的技术。自 2 0世纪 80年代中期 ,美国莫伦西矿山在采用常规浮选的同时 ,还使用浸出 -溶剂萃取 -电积法工艺生产阴极铜。 2 0 0 1年 3月该矿山完成“浸出矿山”项目 ,其中包括关闭原有的选矿厂和用新安装的破碎和浸出系统生产阴极铜。本文叙述了十多年来莫伦西矿山为提高工艺指标所作的努力。用浸出 -溶剂萃取 -电积法工艺从硫化铜矿石中提取铜主要决定于矿石的铜矿化特性。矿山之所以能由常规的选冶工艺向湿法冶金工艺过渡的一个因素是矿石中辉铜矿含量高。提高黄铜矿的溶解性将是铜堆浸 -溶剂萃取 -电积法进一步发展的一个重要步骤
This paper reviews the status of copper heap leaching, and discusses techniques currently used to recover copper from sulphide ores. Since the mid-1980s, the United States Molensi mine using conventional flotation, but also the use of leaching - solvent extraction - electrowinning process cathode copper. In March 2001, the mine completed the “Leaching Mine” project, which included the closure of the existing concentrator and the production of cathodic copper with a newly installed crushing and leaching system. This article describes the efforts made by the Molenren Mine in the last ten years to improve the process indicators. The extraction of copper from copper sulfide ores using the leaching-solvent extraction-electrowinning process is mainly determined by the copper mineralization of the ore. One of the reasons why mines can transition from conventional metallurgical processes to hydrometallurgical processes is the high content of chalcocides in the ore. Improving the solubility of chalcopyrite will be an important step in the further development of copper heap leaching-solvent extraction-electrowinning
