目的 探讨小儿髋脱位中单纯以习惯性髋脱位为表现而不伴有其他综合征的患儿的诊断及治疗。方法 对 1997～ 1999年收治的 5例 (6髋 )习惯性髋脱位进行了随访及分析。结果 5例患儿直立位骨盆平片均正常 ,内收位X线片可见股骨头脱位 ,1例患儿CT提示髋臼后缘缺损。蛙式支架治疗后患儿脱位次数减少 ,髋关节稳定性增加。结论 习惯性髋脱位的病因不仅仅在于关节松弛 ,髋臼后缘的缺损可能是其主要原因 ,髋关节的CT扫描可以显示髋臼后缘的缺损 ,治疗则可采用蛙式支架固定以促进髋臼的发育
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients with simple dislocation of hip dislocation, which is characterized by habitual hip dislocation but without other syndromes. Methods A total of 5 cases (6 hips) of habitual hip dislocations admitted from 1997 to 1999 were followed up and analyzed. Results The erect pelvic radiographs were normal in 5 cases. The dislocation of the femoral head was found in the internal radiographs. One case showed the posterior lip defect of the acetabulum. Fronto-stenting reduced the number of children with dislocation, hip joint stability increased. Conclusions The causes of habitual hip dislocation are not only the result of joint relaxation, but also the defect of the posterior edge of the acetabulum. The CT scan of the hip joint can show the defect of the posterior edge of the acetabulum. The treatment can be fixed by frog stenting to promote the hip Mortar development
