站在律师的角度来观察,大部分群体性事件,尤其是涉及劳动者权益保护的群体性事件完全可以避免近一个阶段以来,由劳动者权益受损等劳动争议案件引发的群体性事件数量快速上升。在一些打工者集中的地区,打工仔、打工妹手拉手拦住马路、要求加薪的现象屡见不鲜。国有企业改制过程中,身份置换经济补偿不到位、“历史遗留问题”等一系列原因也导致群访“散步”、罢工怠工情况出现,其激烈程度和社会影响也呈上升趋势。
