“校园听证会”是基于学生主体发展和互动德育的一个实践创新,是互动德育的必然选择。“校园听证会”分为听证酝酿、决策听证、试行与矫正、执行与反馈几个环节。它坚持决策主体与决策内容的广泛性原则,坚持主导性与主体性相结合的原则,坚持过程性与教育性相结合的原则。最终激发学生自我发展的内驱力,增强学生对德育决策的执行力,建构学生自我管理、自我发展的自主育德模式。
“Campus Hearing ” is a practical innovation based on the development of students’ main body and interactive moral education, which is the inevitable choice of interactive moral education. “Campus Hearing ” is divided into hearings brewing, decision-making hearings, pilot and corrections, implementation and feedback several links. It insists on the principle of extensiveness of decision-making subject and decision-making content, insists on the principle of combining dominant and subjectivity, and sticks to the principle of integrating processivity and education. Which will eventually stimulate students ’internal drive to self-development, enhance students’ ability to implement moral decision-making, and construct an independent moral education model in which students self-manage and self-develop.
