为提高镁合金DE-GMAW焊接电弧的稳定性,从而获得质量高的焊缝,设计了不同焊接参数对电弧稳定性影响的系列实验。通过Labview数据采集系统采集焊接过程中主路电弧的电流信号,利用电流直方图对主路电弧的稳定性进行分析。结果表明:在其他焊接参数一定时,随着总电流和旁路电流以及焊丝间距的增大,主路电弧状态由不稳定到稳定再到不稳定;弧长越大,主路电弧的稳定性越差。
In order to improve the stability of DE-GMAW welding arc and obtain high quality weld, a series of experiments on the influence of different welding parameters on arc stability were designed. Through the Labview data acquisition system, the current signal of the main arc during welding is collected, and the stability of the main arc is analyzed by using the current histogram.
