目的微种植体支抗和J钩低矫治成人安氏Ⅱ1类错上齿槽前部垂直向过度发育效果对比分析。方法选择成人安氏Ⅱ1类错上齿槽前部垂直向过度发育47例,分种植组(n=34)和J钩组(n=13),分别用微种植支抗和J钩均辅以MBT矫治技术矫治;矫治前后进行头影测量、模型测量和露龈宽度测量,并进行统计分析。结果两组深覆、深覆盖及露龈微笑均得以明显改善(P<0.05);微种植组的矫治周期短(P<0.05),压低、内收前牙及软组织指标改善效果优于J钩组(P<0.05),磨牙无明显移位(P>0.05),J钩组磨牙现明显前移(P<0.05)。结论微种植体支抗和J钩矫治成人安氏Ⅱ1类错上齿槽垂直向前部过度发育均有明显效果,但微种植支抗的矫治效果优于J钩,并可有效防止磨牙前移。
Objective To compare the effect of vertical over-development of the anterior superior alveolar groove on Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion in J hook low orthodontics and J hook low orthodontics. Methods 47 cases of vertical overgrowth in the anterior pole of Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were selected and divided into three groups (n = 34) and J hook group (n = 13) To MBT correction treatment; correction before and after cephalometric measurements, model measurements and gingival width measurements, and statistical analysis. Results The deep-covered, deep-covered and gingiva smoothes were significantly improved in both groups (P <0.05). The micro-implanting group had shorter correction period (P <0.05), lower pressure and adduction anterior teeth and soft tissue index better than J hook (P <0.05). There was no obvious displacement of molars (P> 0.05), and molars of J hook group obviously advanced (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro-implants support and J-hook correction have significant effect on over-development of vertical anterior teeth of Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion. However, the effect of micro-implant support is superior to that of J-hook and can effectively prevent premolar shift.
