利用CAMAC系统和微机建立的高速数据采集及传输系统,可以广泛应用于快速时间分辨的微弱信号检测.本文介绍了该系统硬件及软件设计,并给出了利用它测量激光溅射铁氰化钾产生团簇离子的飞行时间质谱(TOF-MS)的实验结果.
The use of CAMAC system and computer-based high-speed data acquisition and transmission system, can be widely used in fast time-resolved weak signal detection. This paper introduces the hardware and software design of the system and presents the experimental results of the time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS) using it to measure cluster ions generated by laser sputtering potassium ferricyanide.
