“外圆内方”是诸多企业在市场经济初建条件下,为了自身的生存和发展而创造的一种策略,是实事求是地解决在市场运作中许多具体问题的有效方法。“外圆内方”具有深刻的哲学内涵,不仅对国企外抢市场,内强素质有实效,而且对于单位的内部管理、个人的处世修养、国家的对外交往都有一定的借鉴意义和实用价值。本文谨对“外圆内方”的实用性做一初步探讨。
