“3·15”前夕,原本应该是汽车企业售后服务最忙碌的时间段,但是在东风商用车公司却是悄无声息。那么,东风商用车是如何迎接“3·15”的?平静的背后是否有什么大的行动?带着这些问题,记者来到东风商用车市场销售总部服务保障部。服务保障部部长贾向华告诉记者:“东风商用车公司自2003年正式中止每年3月的‘优质服务月’,取而代之的是全年、全天候地实施一切围绕市场和客户进行的‘东风关怀计划’。如今,‘东风关怀计划’已经连续实施了5年,所以,对东风商用车客户来说,天天都是‘3·15’。”
