江西省余干县海尔希望学校是在中纪委原书记吴官正同志的亲自关怀下,由山东青岛市委市政府、海尔集团等单位筹资兴建的寄宿制公办学校。2004年2月竣工并正式招生开学。目前全校教职工已有一百二十余人,拥有学生两千七百多人,其中寄宿生五百余人。海尔希望学校自创办以来,本着“以人为本,为学生一生的幸福奠基”的办学思想,以“视质量如生命,视学生如亲子”为办学宗旨,坚持“素质+特长”办学方向,以“和谐、平等、活泼、向上”为校训,追求“阳光体育人人都覆盖,团队活动人人都参与,校本课程人人有选择,学生人人有快乐感,家长人人有满意感,教师人人有幸福感,办人民满意的品牌学校”的办学目标。
