目的:探索责任护士负责健康宣教有效提高剖宫产术产妇母乳喂养的。方法:选取罗定市妇幼保健院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的1000例足月妊娠选择剖宫产术的孕妇,把1000例剖宫产术产妇按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各500例,两组孕妇在入院第1天开始健康宣教,宣教内容一致,但对照组孕妇由病房主管护士负责宣教,主要讲解产科常规的健康知识及母乳喂养知识;观察组产妇由责任护士负责采取形式多样化、内容系统化的健康宣教。观察两组产妇在剖宫产术住院期间新生儿早吸吮时间、乳房胀痛、母乳喂养成功率、每日喂养次数及泌乳情况。结果:对比两组产妇泌乳喂养情况发现,观察组在泌乳时间上更快更早,在喂养次数与婴儿有效吸吮时间上同样优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组产妇在泌乳量、喂养成功率与知识掌握合格率上均高于对照组,出现乳房胀痛的12.40%的几率也显著低于对照组的81.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:由责任护士进行健康宣教,使剖宫产术产妇详细了解并掌握分娩及母乳喂养的相关知识,消除产妇的不良情绪,有效提高母乳喂养的成功率,加快恢复进程。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the responsibility of responsible nurses in health education to effectively improve breastfeeding of cesarean section mothers. Methods: A total of 1000 pregnant women undergoing cesarean section for term pregnancy were enrolled in this study from January 2016 to January 2017 in Luoding Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. 1000 maternal cesarean sections were randomly divided into control group And the observation group of 500 cases, two groups of pregnant women in the first day of admission health mission, the content of the mission, but the pregnant women in the control group is responsible for missionary nurses responsible for education, mainly on obstetric general knowledge of health and breastfeeding knowledge; observation group maternal Responsible nurses are responsible for adopting a systematic and diversified health education mission. The incidence of early sucking, breast tenderness, success rate of breast-feeding, daily feeding times and lactation were observed during cesarean section hospitalization. Results: Comparing the lactation status between the two groups, we found that the observation group was faster and earlier than the control group in the number of feeding and the effective sucking time of the infant, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The maternal group was higher than the control group in the amount of lactation, the success rate of feeding and the rate of knowledge mastery. The incidence of breast-pain in 12.40% was also significantly lower than that of the control group (81.60%, P <0.05) . Conclusion: The health education by responsible nurses makes the pregnant women of cesarean section understand and master the knowledge of childbirth and breastfeeding, eliminate the malaise, improve the success rate of breastfeeding and speed up the recovery process.
