澳门《刑事诉讼法典》中规定的强制措施及财产担保措施包括:提供身份及居所数据、担保、定期报到、禁止离境及接触、中止职务职业或权利以及羁押。同时,除了规定实行强制措施的须遵守适当及适度的原则以外,为保护嫌犯合法权利,在适用强制措施的程序及法定条件方面亦作出了明确规定。
Mandatory measures and property security measures stipulated in the Code of Criminal Procedure of Macao include: providing identity and residence data, guaranteeing, reporting on a regular basis, banning departure and contact, suspension of occupations or rights of office and detention.
