图示工件是我厂为美国某公司生产的一种推土机滚轮,热处理要求为双踏表面淬火。我们使用的淬火机床为天津第九机床厂生产的GC1080PC感应淬火机床,工件的整个淬火过程由一台PC机实行闭环控制。
The picture shows the workpiece is a bulldozer roller produced by our company for a U.S. company. The heat treatment requirements are double-tread surface quenching. The quenching machine we use is the GC1080PC induction quenching machine produced by Tianjin No.9 Machine Tool Plant. The entire quenching process of the workpiece is controlled by a PC.
