At present, the school attaches great importance to the protection of students’ vision, but the eye diseases of school students still occur from time to time, affecting students’ learning and life. Although there are many causes of the disease, it is an important factor to pay attention to hand hygiene before doing eye exercises. According to relevant information, an ordinary person’s unwashed hands carry up to 40,000 to 400,000 bacteria, and the dirt contained in nails per gram is about 3.8 billion bacteria. A significant portion of these bacteria are pathogenic bacteria and also contain pathogens for trachoma and acute conjunctivitis. Students particularly like activities. They usually use their hands to play ball, turn books, play clay, and do homework. If you use dirty hands to do eye exercises, the bacteria in your hands will enter the eyes when doing exercises, leading to eye diseases. Eye exercises are indeed a good eye health care method for students, but they only pay attention to eye exercises and ignore students.
