从七五年八月以来,我局推广锚喷支护量已达220多公里。但是,由于喷射混凝土时是干式喷浆,作业时产生大量粉尘,直接危害工人身体健康,给此项新技术推广、应用和发展,带来了一定阻力。 煤炭工业部去年五月份在西安召开的全国重点煤矿光爆锚喷会议上,淮南、开滦等单位介绍了锚喷支护施工中有关降尘、降弹方面的经验,给了我局很大启发。会后以三矿为主结合开滦、淮南两个单位的经验,对转—Ⅱ型混凝土喷射机进行了改进。改进后的混凝土喷射机,降尘、降弹效果很好。喷射混凝土作业时,用肉眼直观粉尘浓度很小,人员可以站在喷浆机附近,不用带口罩随意交谈,没什么感觉;向工作面和巷道的后面观看,均能清清楚

Improved concrete jet machine, dust, drop effect is very good. Sprayed concrete work, the visual concentration of dust with the naked eye is very small, people can stand near the shotcrete machine, without a casual conversation with the mask, no feeling; to the back of the face and roadway can be clearly seen
