本文以休闲方式为介入点,对四川省成都市温江区“双放弃”集中安置社区的新居民进行市民化角色行为适应的深度访谈。新居民的休闲方式主要有消遣娱乐型、强身健体型、闲呆型和茫然型,体现了群体性增强、过渡性、观望性及年龄差异性的特点。但存在着休闲观念缺失、休闲素质不高、休闲空间狭窄、休闲活动组织性弱等问题。在地区发展模式的指导下,专业社工应从新居民的休闲方式为介入点,协调资源、协助建立民意表达机制、促进居民互动与交往、增强居民自我管理能力、发展学习型社区,创建祥和的新型社区,推动新居民的市民化进程。
Taking the leisure mode as the intervention point, this article makes a deep interview on the adaptation of the role of citizenship to the new residents in the “double abandoned” centralized resettlement community in Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The leisure time for new residents mainly includes entertainment, physical fitness, dullness and losslessness, which embodies the characteristics of group enhancement, transitional, observing and age difference. However, there are some problems such as lack of leisure concept, low leisure quality, narrow leisure space and weak organization of leisure activities. Under the guidance of the mode of regional development, professional social workers should take the leisure activities of new residents as the points of intervention, coordinate resources, assist in establishing public opinion expression mechanisms, promote the interaction and interaction among residents, enhance residents' self-management ability, develop learning communities and create a new type of harmony Community, promote the process of citizenship of new residents.
