为培养及提升土木工程专业学生的社会适应能力,通过分析土木毕业生就业形势和学生的社会适应能力培养现状,明确新形式下高校土木工程专业教育存在的问题:(1)学生就业心态不正确;(2)重科学基础、轻专业知识;(3)强调理论基础、轻视工程实践能力和社会适应能力的培养。针对存在的问题,提出新形势下土木类学生的社会适应能力培养及提升策略:(1)从社会需求出发,着重培养学生的综合素质和实际应用能力;(2)建立专业实践模块培养学生专业应用能力;(3)构建科学研究模块培养学生的创新意识和创新能力;(4)形成多元化实践教学方法,注重动手能力、实践能力及知识应用能力的培养。以期能够有效培养及提升土木工程专业学生的实践能力和社会适应能力,实现高校毕业生与用人单位的“无缝”对接。
In order to cultivate and enhance the social adaptability of civil engineering students, this paper analyzes the employment situation of civil engineers and the social adaptability of students to cultivate the status quo, and clarifies the existing problems in the civil engineering education under the new form: (1) The students' employment mentality is not correct ; (2) heavy science foundation, light professional knowledge; (3) emphasize the theoretical foundation, neglect engineering practice ability and social adaptability training. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward the strategies of training and improving the social adaptability of civil engineering students in the new situation: (1) starting from the social needs, focusing on cultivating students 'comprehensive qualities and practical ability; (2) establishing professional practice modules to cultivate students' major (3) to build a scientific research module to cultivate students' innovative awareness and innovative ability; (4) to form a diversified practice teaching method, focusing on the practical ability, practical ability and ability to apply knowledge. With a view to effectively cultivate and improve the practical ability and social adaptability of civil engineering students, and achieve “seamless ” docking of college graduates and employers.
