To investigate the causes of secondary infection in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), the levels of G-CSF and GM-CSF in patients with acute and chronic renal failure before and after dialysis Observe and compare. The results showed that the levels of G-CSF in CRF patients before and after dialysis were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The levels of G-CSF after dialysis were higher than those before dialysis, but there was no significant difference. The levels of GM-CSF before and after dialysis were not statistically different from the normal controls . The levels of G-CSF and GM-CSF in patients with acute renal failure (ARF) before and after dialysis were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The levels of GM-CSF in ARF patients before and after dialysis were significantly higher than those in ARF patients. CRF is thought to affect the production of serum CSFs, mainly GM-CSF, which may be associated with secondary infection in patients with chronic renal failure
