本文针对我国小水电特点及现存缺陷,引用作者在三个县县电网规划抽水蓄能电站某些资料,论述了抽水蓄能技术对於提高小水电设备利用率、经济性、可靠性、改善电能质量的作用、意义;阐述了小水电应用抽水蓄能的特殊有利条件和现已基本具备建设可行性条件;介绍了利用现有灌溉水库或以梯级电站群首级水库为下库建蓄能电站等经济布置形式;提出了小容量蓄能机组选型初步意见;同时还引证了巴西等国发展抽水蓄能的经验,对我国小水电应用抽水蓄能的前景作了初步估计。
In this paper, according to the characteristics and existing shortcomings of SHP in our country, the writer cites some data about the planning of pumped storage power stations in the three counties and counties.
