目的:总结青海地区口腔种植手术的护理方法,提高青海地区种植修复的成功率。方法:选取自2013年1月—2015年11月本院收治的517例种植修复术患者为研究对象,对所有患者执行严格特定的青海地区术前、术中、术后及健康教育等护理,研究青海地区种植手术的护理措施。结果:517例患者的1 102颗患牙,种植术后12个月内成功1 062颗,失败39颗,成功率为96.46%。护理结果满意,达到预期效果。结论:青海地区的口腔种植手术需要更加精心的手术护理。完善的术前准备,精细有效的术中配合,更应重视术后护理及口腔健康宣教。
Objective: To summarize the nursing methods of oral implant surgery in Qinghai and to improve the success rate of planting restoration in Qinghai. Methods: From January 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital treated 517 cases of prosthetic patients as the research object, for all patients in strict implementation of specific pre-Qinghai, intraoperative, postoperative and health education and other nursing , To study the nursing measures of planting surgery in Qinghai. Results: A total of 1 102 teeth were obtained from 517 patients. The number of successful teeth was 1 062 in 12 months after operation, with 39 failures and a success rate of 96.46%. Nursing results are satisfactory, to achieve the desired results. Conclusion: Oral implant surgery in Qinghai requires more careful surgical care. Improve the preoperative preparation, fine and effective intraoperative cooperation, but should pay attention to postoperative care and oral health education.
