随着我国经济社会的不断发展,社会对于人才的需求量越来越大,高职院校也在不断壮大着规模,但由于招生的层次不平衡,导致高职院校学生的管理工作困难重重。我国的高等教育也必须尽快完成转变以适应社会的发展。高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分之一,是为企业培养综合性人才的摇篮,而高职院校的班主任作为学生生活学习以及心理的领路者,更是对学生的教育管理工作承担重要的职责,加强班主任队伍自身的能力素质,关乎着高职院校人才培养体系的完整性。
