要改变目前技防行业管理的松懈局面,政府职能部门要解放思想,正确认识技防对维护社会治安秩序、保护人民生命和财产安全的重要性,依照法律赋予我们的职责和有关规定,大胆开展技防管理工作,尽快采取强有力的措施制止和解决由于管理不严所带来的种种违规行为和问题,从而使技防行业走上正常有序的发展之路。
