血清瘦素与脂联素均为脂肪组织分泌的具有内分泌激素特性的脂肪细胞因子,二者均参与动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发生。有资料证实,瘦素有促动脉粥样硬化的作用,而脂联素可以对抗动脉粥样硬化。这提示二者作用的不同可能影响了动脉粥样硬化的发生发展进程。对脂联素和瘦素的研究将为探讨动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发病机制及治疗方案提供新的思路。
Serum leptin and adiponectin are both adipokines secreted by adipose tissue with endocrine hormone characteristics, both of which are involved in the development of atherosclerotic diseases. Data have confirmed that leptin has the role of atherosclerosis, and adiponectin can fight atherosclerosis. This suggests that the difference between the two may affect the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. The study of adiponectin and leptin will provide new ideas for exploring the pathogenesis and treatment of atherosclerotic disease.
