本文简要介绍应用卤虫进行检毒试验,这是一种生物学测毒方法,具有操作简单,快速,覆盖面宽,技术容易掌握,所需设备不复杂等优点。并阐述了卤虫的特性、存活条件、Ⅱ~Ⅲ期无节卤虫培养孵化方法,应用卤虫进行快速检毒试验方法和用于食物中毒样品测毒,同时对该方法应用领域及有关问题进行了探讨。提示在日常食品卫生监督工作中,可应用卤虫对食品进行安全可食性筛选试验。
