责任保险的产生和发展给侵权法带来多方面的冲击,但责任保险因为其自身的局限性并没有给侵权法造成致命的打击,责任保险与侵权法之间存在一定的互动关系,正是由于这种互动关系使得现代损害赔偿制度更加完善。
The emergence and development of liability insurance have brought many impacts on Tort Law. However, liability insurance has not caused a fatal blow to Tort Law because of its own limitations. There is a certain interaction between liability insurance and Tort Law As a result of this interaction, the system of modern damages is further improved.
