诺贝尔物理学奖得主——美籍华人朱棣文曾一针见血指出:“中国学生学习很刻苦,书面成绩很好,但动手能力差,创新精神明显不足,这是与美国学生的主要差距。”笔者认为这一评价非常中肯、切中时弊。因此,教师应充分地尊重学生的个体差异,把学生看作发展中的人,可发展的人,人人都有创造的潜能。在数学课堂教学中,教师应意识到要创新课堂的教学方法。学生要创造性地学数学,数学教学要充满创新的活力。

However, their ability to practice is poor and their innovative spirit is obviously inadequate. This is the major gap with American students.” "I think this evaluation is very fair, cut in time. Therefore, teachers should fully respect the individual differences of students, and regard students as developing people and developable people. Everyone has the potential to create. In mathematics classroom teaching, teachers should be aware of the teaching methods to innovate the classroom. Students should learn mathematics creatively, mathematics teaching should be full of innovative vitality.
