阐述一种无损快速测量微波高损物质复介电常数εr的方法.以带法兰盘的开口矩形波导为探头,用自动测量线测出开口波导系统的复反射系数,通过变分法和多项式曲线拟合方法,由微机即时算出待测样品的复介电常数.由于在数值计算中作了一系列有效的处理,使计算量大为减少,从而使该方法更适合于实时测量.经实验验证,该方法精确而实用,具有很好的应用前景.
A method for nondestructive rapid measurement of complex permittivity εr of microwave high-loss materials is described. Using the rectangular waveguide with flange as the probe, the complex reflection coefficient of the waveguide system was measured by automatic measurement line. The complex dielectric constant of the sample under test was calculated by the computer by variational method and polynomial curve fitting method. Due to a series of effective processing in numerical calculation, the computational cost is greatly reduced, making the method more suitable for real-time measurement. The experimental verification, the method is accurate and practical, with good application prospects.
