运动员面临着许多挑战,而最艰难的一种考验是治疗和恢复损伤。任何身体损伤,只要妨碍运动员的身体活动,不论它是暂时的还是长期的,都是对运动员认知的、情绪的和行为的特殊挑战。在认知水平上,运动员应了解损伤的性质、治疗方案和恢复期。在情绪方面,必须对损伤后产生的焦虑、疑惑、谴责、内疚、愤怒、失望等情绪进行控制和调整。在缺乏活动的情况下,还必须使那些有利于个人成长和发展的行为得到培养和实施。
Athletes face many challenges, and one of the toughest tests is the treatment and recovery of injuries. Any physical injury that hinder athletes’ physical activity, whether it is temporary or long term, is a particular challenge to athletes that is cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. At the cognitive level, athletes should understand the nature of the injury, treatment options, and recovery. In terms of emotion, anxiety, doubt, condemnation, guilt, anger, disappointment and other emotions arising from the injury must be controlled and adjusted. In the absence of activity, it is also necessary to develop and implement those activities that are conducive to personal growth and development.
