党和政府历来关心人民的身体健康,中药的配方复核,卫生部门早有规定。早在1958年卫药字第88号通知中就强调指出;“各公私合营中药店,对中药效药时间及配方核对等制度,应即严格执行,以保障人民用药的安全与有效。”1978年,卫生部制订的《药政管理条例(试行)》中,第二十八条再次明确规定:“配方发药应经复核无误签名后方可交给患者。”配方复核是确保用药安全有效的重要措施,不少单位早已形成一种制度。我单位恢复配方复核制度不久,仅谈些粗浅体会。
The party and the government have always been concerned about the health of the people, the formula review of traditional Chinese medicines, and the health departments have long been stipulated. As early as in 1958, Wei Yao Zi No. 88 notice emphasized that “all public-private joint-venture Chinese medicine shops, the time for medicinal herbs and formula checking systems should be strictly enforced to ensure the safety and effectiveness of people’s medication.” 1978 In the “Regulations on the Administration of Pharmaceutical Administration (for Trial Implementation)” formulated by the Ministry of Health, Article 28 once again clearly states: “Formulations should be given to patients after signature verification.” Formula review is to ensure safe and effective medications. Important measures, many units have already formed a system. After my unit resumed the formula review system, I only talked about some superficial experiences.
