支气管扩张是指一支或多支气管由于管壁肌肉和弹力支撑组织破坏所致的支气管壁不可逆性扩张。既往以支气管造影做为诊断依据。CT扫描的广泛应用为诊断支气管扩张提供了又一可靠方法。本文总结经CT扫描诊断为支气管扩张18例,分析报道如下:
