焦炉逸散物中含有大量的致癌性多环芳烃,可使焦炉作业人群的肺癌发生率显著高于一般人群,且随接触量、接触工龄增加而增高[1]。2014年我院(石家庄市职业病防治院)确诊某焦化厂焦炉逸散物所致肺癌1例,现报告如下。1临床资料患者,男,49岁。无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳痰、痰中带血半年,伴有右肩部疼痛,自行触及右锁骨上肿物,遂就诊于某省医院。吸烟史10余年,每日20支。胸部增强CT示:右肺上叶
