目的探讨β-catenin在胃癌组织细胞核和细胞膜/质中的含量及sFas在血浆中的含量与胃癌细胞增殖、浸润的关系。方法采用免疫组化二步法和ELISA法分别检测34例胃癌中β-catenin在胃癌细胞核和细胞膜/质中的含量和sFas在血浆中的含量。结果在34例胃癌中细胞核中β-catenin的表达与肿瘤的浸润密切相关(rs=0.3922)。胃癌组和对照组sFas平均浓度为(380.32±153.08)pg/ml和(23.69±15.38)pg/ml,两组有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论β-catenin在胃癌组织细胞核和膜/质中的含量及sFas在血浆中的含量与胃癌细胞增殖、浸润呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the content of β-catenin in the nucleus and membrane / matrix of gastric cancer and the relationship between the content of sFas in plasma and the proliferation and infiltration of gastric cancer cells. Methods The content of β-catenin and the content of sFas in plasma and gastric mucosa were measured by immunohistochemical two-step method and ELISA method respectively. Results The expression of β-catenin in the nucleus of 34 cases of gastric cancer was closely related to the infiltration of tumor (rs = 0.3922). The average concentrations of sFas in gastric cancer group and control group were (380.32 ± 153.08) pg / ml and (23.69 ± 15.38) pg / ml, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The content of β-catenin in the nucleus and membranous / membranous tissue of gastric cancer and the content of sFas in plasma are positively correlated with the proliferation and infiltration of gastric cancer cells.
