近年来,浙江为加强党政人才队伍建设,采取了一系列重大措施,取得了十分显著的成效。但是仍然存在不少问题,如:民主渠道还不够畅通,选拔面不宽,择优效率不高;考核评价体系存在一定片面性和单一化,缺少社会化评价机制;重选拔任用轻管理监督、重入口轻出口现象比较突出等。这种现状迫切要求加强党政人才工作制度的创新建设。
In recent years, Zhejiang has taken a series of major measures to strengthen the contingent of party and government personnel and has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still many problems such as: the democratic channels are still not smooth enough, the selection is not wide, and the preferential efficiency is not high; the evaluation system has some one-sidedness and simplification, lack of social evaluation mechanism; Light exports more prominent and so on. This situation urgently calls for strengthening the innovative construction of the working system of party and government personnel.
