学习型组织指的是为了发挥团体内每位员工的创造性,提升共青团组织的执行力,而建立起的有机且可持续发展的组织。由于受到长期的计划经济体制的影响以及传统体制的制约,石油企业大多都存在创新力缺失、活力不足的问题,已经不能完全适应当前新形势下市场经济发展的需求。本文首先介绍了学习型共青团组织的特点,然后以石油企业为例叙述了创建学习型组织的意义,最后就如何创建学习型组织进行了详细的阐述,以供读者参考。
Learning organization refers to the organic and sustainable organization established to give full play to the creativity of every employee in a group and enhance the execution of the organization. Due to the long-term impact of the planned economic system and the constraints of the traditional system, most of the oil companies have the problem of lack of innovation and lack of vitality and can not fully meet the needs of the market economy under the new situation. This paper first introduces the characteristics of learning-based Communist Youth League organizations, and then describes the significance of creating learning-oriented organizations by taking petroleum enterprises as an example. At last, it elaborates how to create learning-oriented organizations for readers’ reference.
