以钛粉以及铝粉为原料,通过3h高能球磨获得Ti-48at%Al合金粉后,采用冷压成型、烧结制备Ti-48at%Al合金材料。利用黄培云压制理论计算冷压成型Ti-48at%Al合金在成型压力990、1188、1386、1782MPa的压坯密度分别为2.359、2.86、3.0、3.02g/cm3。分析了Ti-48at%Al基合金粉的压制行为及成型压力对材料烧结前后致密度和硬度的影响。结果表明,在1386MPa下,该材料经烧结工艺后致密度达到98%及硬度达到395HB。
Ti-48at% Al alloy powder was obtained by 3h high-energy ball milling using titanium powder and aluminum powder as raw materials, and then cold-formed and sintered to prepare Ti-48at% Al alloy material. According to Huang Peiyun theory, the compact density of cold-formed Ti-48at% Al alloy at molding pressure of 990, 1188, 1386 and 1782MPa was 2.359, 2.86, 3.0 and 3.02g / cm3, respectively. The effects of pressing behavior and forming pressure on the density and hardness of Ti-48at% Al-based alloy powders before and after sintering were analyzed. The results show that the material has a density of 98% and a hardness of 395 HB after sintering at 1386 MPa.
