目的探讨早期肠内营养支持对消化道肿瘤患者术后营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法将68例行手术治疗的消化道肿瘤患者随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(36例),给予对照组患者肠外营养支持,观察组患者接受早期肠内营养支持,比较两组治疗后1周营养指标、胃肠道恢复情况及免疫功能的影响。结果治疗后观察组患者血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白和体重显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者肛门排气时间及出院时间显著早于对照组患者(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后1周观察组患者CD3+、CD4+显著上升(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持可有效维持消化道肿瘤患者术后营养状况,改善免疫功能,促进术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on postoperative nutritional status and immune function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing surgery were randomly divided into control group (n = 32) and observation group (n = 36). Patients in the control group received parenteral nutrition support and patients in the observation group received early enteral nutrition support. One week after treatment, the nutrition indexes, the recovery of gastrointestinal tract and the immune function were observed. Results After treatment, serum albumin, transferrin and body weight in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The anal exhaust time and discharge time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the CD3 + and CD4 + levels in the observation group increased significantly (P <0.05) one week after treatment. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support can effectively maintain the nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal cancer, improve immune function and promote postoperative recovery.
