3种氯虫苯甲酰胺剂型理化性能测试及对小菜蛾活性评价

[目的]为丰富氯虫苯甲酰胺剂型种类,配制了EC、ME和SC三种剂型,测定了理化性能、生物活性和耐雨水冲刷性能。[方法]理化性能表面张力、黏着力、渗透力和润湿性分别采用圆环拉起液膜法(GB/T 22237—2008)、叶片湿润法、帆布浸没法和帆布沉降法进行测定;生物活性采用叶碟法测定;耐雨水冲刷性能采用人工模拟降雨法测定。[结果]配制的EC表面张力、渗透力和润湿性能优于配制的ME和SC,表现为表面张力值最小(EC为29.18 mN/m,而ME和SC分别为32.05、32.78 mN/m),渗透时间和润湿时间最短(EC分别为632、627 s、ME均>3 600 s、SC均>3 600 s),但3种剂型黏着力均为优;生物活性测定结果表明配制的ME对小菜蛾3龄幼虫活性最高(LC50值为0.02 mg/L),优于配制的SC和EC(LC50值分别为0.08、0.09 mg/L);耐雨水性能测试表明3种剂型的耐雨水冲刷性能较佳,施药后2、4、8、12 h如遇大到暴雨冲刷,药效下降在0.05水平差异不显著。[结论]配制的氯虫苯甲酰胺ME杀虫活性高,耐雨水性能佳,黏着力优,表现出良好的应用前景,建议进一步改进加工方法,优化配方。 [Objective] The research aimed to enrich the dosage forms of benzothia chlorantraniliprole, and prepared three kinds of dosage forms of EC, ME and SC, and determined the physical and chemical properties, bioactivity and rain erosion resistance. [Method] The physical and chemical properties of surface tension, adhesion, penetration and wettability were measured by the ring pull up liquid film method (GB / T 22237-2008), leaf wetting method, canvas immersion method and canvas subsidence method; The activity was determined by leaf disc method; the resistance to rain erosion was measured by artificial simulated rainfall method. [Result] The surface tension, penetration and wettability of EC prepared were better than those of ME and SC. The results showed that the surface tension was the lowest (EC of 29.18 mN / m and ME and SC of 32.05 and 32.78 mN / m, respectively) , The infiltration time and the wetting time were the shortest (EC 632, 627 s, ME> 3 600 s, SC all> 3 600 s), but the adhesive strengths of the three formulations were all excellent. The bioassay results showed that the prepared ME The 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella had the highest activity (LC50 = 0.02 mg / L), which was better than that of SC and EC (LC50 = 0.08 and 0.09 mg / L, respectively) Better performance, 2,4,8,12 h after application in case of heavy rain to wash, the decline in efficacy at 0.05 level was not significant. [Conclusion] The prepared chlorantranilon ME had high insecticidal activity, good rain resistance, excellent adhesive force and good application prospect. It is suggested to further improve the processing method and formula optimization.
