随着我国医疗和卫生体制改革的深入实施,医院内部经济关系变化巨大,其财务管理工作的难度也增加。所以,有必要对新时期医院财务管理工作进行探讨。本文首先对医院财务管理进行简单介绍,然后对医院财务管理工作存在的问题进行分析,最后就怎样做好医院财务管理工作提出相关措施,以供参考。
With the further implementation of the medical and health system reform in our country, the internal economic relations in the hospital have undergone tremendous changes and the difficulty of financial management has also increased. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the hospital’s financial management in the new period. This article first introduces the hospital financial management briefly, and then analyzes the existing problems in the hospital financial management work. Finally, on how to do the hospital financial management work to put forward the relevant measures for reference.
