为探讨金属硫蛋白(MT)的细胞保护机制及与内皮素(ET)的关系,在大鼠止血带休克模型上观察到MT明显改善动物休克状态的同时显著抑制其血浆ET含量的增加。离体实验发现MT呈剂量依赖地抑制ET的缩血管作用和抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激ET的释放。提示MT可以通过抑制ET的释放和拮抗ET的缩血管效应,发挥其内源性抗损伤物质的作用。
In order to explore the mechanism of MT and its relationship with endothelin (ET), MT was observed in rat tourniquet shock model to significantly improve the state of animal shock and significantly inhibit the increase of plasma ET content. In vitro, MT was found to inhibit the vasoconstrictive effect of ET in a dose-dependent manner and inhibit the release of ET stimulated by angiotensin II. It is suggested that MT can exert the function of endogenous anti-injury substances by inhibiting the release of ET and antagonizing the vasoconstrictor effect of ET.
