一、青年教师培养势在必行教育事业的发展,没有一支一流素质的教师队伍是不可能的。大而言之,“振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师”;小而言之,教师是学校的主体,教师素质是学校的生命线。青年教师是学校的未来,是提升学校教育教学质量可持续发展的关键环节。因此,提高青年教师基本功,造就一批“未来型”教师对我校基础育质量起着重要作用。
