十七大报告指出,“当今时代,文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,越来越成为综合国力竞争的重要因素。”十七届六中全会对深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣作出全面部署,审议并通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》。党的十八大报告中又提出,扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设。由此可见,文化在社会主义现代化建设中的作用越来越大,意义越来越深远。以现代文化为引领,弘扬亮剑精神将是实现师市跨越式发展的必然要求。本文笔者结合六师五家渠市的经济发展情况,分析探讨如何充分发挥现代文化对于师市经济的引领作用。

Taking modern culture as the guide and carrying forward the spirit of the Sword will be the inevitable requirement for the leaping development of teachers and students. In this paper, the author combines the economic development of the five divisions of Sixth Division to analyze how to give full play to the leading role of modern culture in the economy of the city and division.
