不讲情面,但不冷酷无情。他一贯坚定不移,目标明确,坚决完成上级下达的任务。但与此同时,他对周围的同志决非冷酷无情,力求不丧失自己的怜惜、好感和同情。简言之,他勇往直前,去实现目标。坚持原则,但公平合理。在作不容改变的决定时,虽然领导者时常势必不顾某些人的意见和利益,但是一个好的领导者决不会忘记自己对下级所承担的责任。他力求公平合理,从而使自己的坚定性变得温和了。正如多次社会学民意测验所证实,正是这种作风使领导者赢得普通工作人员的极大尊敬。与此相反,冷酷无情的领导者却常常在下属中寻觅亲信,借以压制其它人的不满情绪。不讲情面而公平合理的领导者则避免自己周围有一帮红人,竭力做到论功行赏,任人唯贤。
Not talkative, but not ruthless. He has always been unswervingly determined, clear-headed, and resolutely completed the tasks assigned by superiors. In the meantime, however, he is by no means ruthless about the surrounding comrades and strives not to lose his pity, affection and sympathy. In short, he moves forward to achieve his goal. Adhere to the principle, but fair and reasonable. While making decisions that can not be changed, though leaders often disregard certain people’s opinions and interests, a good leader will never forget his responsibility to his subordinates. He sought to be fair and reasonable, thus softening his firmness. As many sociopolitical polls have confirmed, it is this style of work that gives leaders great respect for ordinary staff. In contrast, ruthless leaders often seek cronies in subordinates in order to suppress other people’s grievances. Fair and reasonable leaders who do not talk about the situation while avoiding a bunch of Red around themselves, and strive to reward the merits, meritocracy.
