空间框架、斜拉屋盖、斜拉桥等带有斜交杆件且需要旋转、连接复杂的结构,其应用越来越普遍。对于支板绕自身轴线旋转的斜交板圆管连接的研究,在国内外文献和设计规范中较少涉及。对支板受扭下X型斜支板圆管连接的性能进行数值分析。采用有限元分析软件,对91个不同尺寸的连接试件进行模拟分析。结果表明:纵横方向正交连接处很平滑。为将其应用于纵横向设计理论中,建立非线性插值函数,在较大尺寸范围内能充分体现连接的性能。基于非斜支板连接的现有设计理论,建立X型支板圆管连接的部分设计强度方程,约束条件更少。
Space frames, cable-stayed roofs, cable-stayed bridges, etc. with skewed rods and the need to rotate and connect complex structures are becoming more and more popular. The research on the connection of bias plate circular tube rotating around its own axis is less involved in domestic and foreign literature and design specifications. Numerical analysis of the performance of the X-type oblique-slab pipe connection under the twisting of the support plate is carried out. Using finite element analysis software, 91 different sizes of connecting specimens were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the orthogonal connection in the vertical and horizontal directions is smooth. In order to apply it to the theory of vertical and horizontal design, a nonlinear interpolation function is established to fully demonstrate the performance of the connection in a large size range. Based on the existing design theory of non-oblique-leg connection, the design strength equation of partial connection of circular-pipe connection of X-type leg is established, with fewer constraints.
